FreshStart UAE is seeking a highly motivated Personal Trainer to join our team in Porto. You will design personalized fitness plans, conduct initial consultations, educate on nutrition, and monitor progress to help clients achieve their goals.

Minimum two years of experience, valid PT certification, and strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology are required. English fluency is essential, Portuguese is a plus, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends is preferred.

A reputable fitness centre in Porto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness plans for our clients assisting them in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Conducting initial consultations with clients to assess their current fitness levels, health history and goals


• Designing customised fitness plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of each client


• Demonstrating proper form and technique for various exercises


• Providing ongoing support, motivation and accountability to clients throughout their fitness journey


• Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed


• Educating clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness goals


• Maintaining a clean and safe workout environment at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer


• Valid personal training certification


• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and exercise science


• Excellent communication skills


• Strong ability to motivate and inspire others


• Proficient in conducting proper assessments and creating individualized programmes


• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends


• Fluency in English; Portuguese language skills are a plus

Salary $1800month
