Responsibilities include initial consultations, creating tailored programs, guiding proper exercise technique, and ongoing motivation. A passion for fitness and helping others is essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor preferred but not required (will train the right candidate).
• Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor from an accredited organization preferred but not required (e.g., NASM, ACE).
• Must have biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one if not already in possession.

We are hiring a highly motivated and energetic Personal Trainer to join our team in Faro As a Personal Trainer you will be responsible for creating customized workout plans and providing one-on-one training sessions to clients Your goal will be to help clients achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthy lifestyle This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about fitness and helping others

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their fitness goals health history and any physical limitations
• Create personalized workout plans that align with clients goals and abilities
• Lead one-on-one training sessions with clients providing instruction on proper form techniques and safety precautions
• Motivate and encourage clients during workouts to help them reach their full potential
• Monitor clients progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans as needed
• Educate clients on nutrition and provide guidance on healthy eating habits
• Maintain a clean and organized workout area at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor preferred but not required will train the right candidate
• Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor from an accredited organization preferred but not required eg NASM ACE
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Knowledge of various exercise techniques and equipment
• Basic understanding of nutrition principles
• Must have a biometric passport or eligible to obtain one if not already in possession
• Must be willing to work without accommodation provided

Salary

Starting salary of 1400$ per month with potential for growth based on performance

Location

This role will be based in Faro Portugal
