We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team in the beautiful city of Faro, Portugal. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans and providing one-on-one training sessions to clients of all fitness levels. Your main goal will be to help clients achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and develop individualized workout plans for clients
• Provide safe and effective one-on-one training sessions incorporating various exercises and techniques
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
• Educate clients on proper form, nutrition, and overall wellness practices
• Maintain a clean and organized training area at all times

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience in the industry
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise techniques, and nutrition principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse clientele
• Proven track record in helping clients achieve their fitness goals
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month, including accommodation.
