Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands on Meta. You will run paid media campaigns, build testing roadmaps, guide creative strategy, and communicate outcomes to clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands.
• Proven Meta Ads results with CPA/ROAS data.
• Daily use of AI tools in campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients on Meta.
• Build creative testing roadmaps and briefs for editors.
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k/mo to $1m/mo per client.
• Diagnose full funnel issues: creative, offer, or conversion.
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps to clients.
• Work with UGC creators: source talent, write scripts, direct content.
