Job summary

Ace of Performance is a 40-person Performance Marketing Group in Lisbon. We're launching a new DTC project in the US within the fashion space, and we're hiring the person who will own its paid acquisition from zero.

Hands-on paid media experience in a DTC brand is essential, with Meta Ads and Google Ads daily use. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus, and TikTok experience is welcome. You will own the US launch, reporting to the founders and collaborating with the in-house creative team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid media experience in a DTC brand; US or international market a plus.
• Proficient with Meta Ads and Google Ads on a day-to-day basis.
• Familiar with Shopify and ecommerce workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a brand launching in the US from zero within a group.
• Strategize, test creatives, manage spend, and report results.
• Collaborate directly with founders and the in-house creative team.
