BVGroup is seeking a Performance Lead to own performance engineering and testability across our platform, ensuring reliability and scalability as the business grows. You will combine hands-on performance engineering with a broad testability strategy, collaborating with Engineering Leadership to embed best practices.

This role focuses on observability, testing capabilities, and embedding performance engineering into the software delivery lifecycle, supporting major releases and high-demand events

Qualificações

• Experience in performance engineering and testing for complex systems.
• Strong understanding of distributed architectures and scalability.
• Experience designing and executing load and stress tests.

Responsabilidades

• Lead performance engineering initiatives to improve reliability and scalability.
• Identify performance and testability risks and implement solutions.
• Guide architecture for observability, testability, and efficiency.
• Plan and run performance, load, and stress tests for major events.
• Analyze test results and production metrics to locate bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with teams to embed best practices in SDLC.
• Develop and maintain testing and performance monitoring tools and environments.
• Expand automated quality gates and integrate performance tests into CI/CD.
• Support major releases and peak traffic with performance recommendations.
