Zumub in Lisbon region seeks a Campaign Setup & Execution specialist to assist in launching and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads. You will monitor key metrics, build performance dashboards, and support data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes market research, creative coordination, and collaboration with design and content teams to tailor assets for platforms and audiences. Fluency in Portuguese and strong English are required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing or similar.
• 2+ years in Google Ads/Meta Ads/Amazon Ads.
• Fluent in Portuguese; professional English.
• Analytical with attention to detail.
• Team player, autonomous and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in setup, management and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads.

Campaign Setup & Execution: Assist in the setup, management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and support the team with performance dashboards and regular reporting to ensure data-driven decisions.
Market & Competitor Research: Support research on trends, competitors, and keywords to identify new opportunities and help refine ad strategies for maximum efficiency.
Creative & Copy Coordination: Collaborate with design and content teams to support the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different platforms and audiences.

\"QUALIFICATIONS:\"

Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar (preferred)
Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (minimum 2 years)
Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Fluent in Portuguese and professionally independent in English
Real team-player - Autonomous, proactive and responsible
