Zumub is seeking a Campaign Support & Execution professional to assist in setting up and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads. You will monitor CPC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions while supporting dashboards and reporting for data-driven decisions.

The role involves market research, creative coordination with design and content teams, and collaboration to test ad copy and landing pages tailored to different channels.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Campaign setup, management and optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads and others.

ROLE

• Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in the setup, management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads and other digital platforms.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and support the team with performance analysis, dashboards and reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
• Market & Competitor Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and keywords to identify growth opportunities and improve advertising performance.
• Creative & Copy Coordination: Work closely with design and content teams to support the creation and testing of creatives, ad copy and landing pages tailored to different channels and audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (minimum 2 years)
• Strong interest in digital marketing and motivation to develop within performance marketing
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in Portuguese and professionally independent in English
• Team player with an autonomous, proactive and responsible attitude
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
