Farfetch's Porto office is seeking a People Data & Insights professional to shape organizational strategy through data-driven insights. You will analyze headcount and people-related financials, build dashboards, and automate processes using AI-driven tools.

You'll collaborate with global stakeholders, optimize HRIS usage, and drive transformational projects across the People team for operational efficiency.

Qualificações

• Degree in Economics, Management, Mathematics, Engineering or other quantitative degree.
• 2-3 years of professional experience mandatory
• Fluent English is mandatory

Responsabilidades

• Provide Strategic Analysis: analyze headcount data and people-related financial numbers for forecasting, budgeting, and efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate Across the Business: liaise with internal and external stakeholders globally to channel updates.
• Champion Process Automation: design automated, scalable solutions using AI-driven capabilities.
• Transform Data into Actionable Insights: develop dashboards and reports for leadership communication.
• Leverage Our HR Tech Stack: maximize Workday dashboards and self-service analytics for stakeholders.
• Drive Strategic & Transformational Projects: participate in multi-disciplinary teams addressing new business needs.
