Farfetch is seeking a highly analytical Partner Operations Business Analyst to turn complex datasets into actionable insights. You will architect robust data models, build scalable BI solutions, and optimize partner processes using SQL, dbt, and Looker.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, and Analytics to drive efficiencies and ROI. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, possess strong data visualization skills, and have experience with LookML.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data models and transformation pipelines using dbt and SQL (BigQuery).
• Own end-to-end Looker dashboarding and reporting, tracking KPIs and visuals for business insights.
• Conduct in-depth analyses on large datasets to diagnose bottlenecks in Partner Operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize workflows to reduce manual reporting.
• Lead data-centric projects from scoping to delivery with clear objectives.
• Communicate findings to senior stakeholders and drive ROI-focused initiatives.

ROLE

We are looking for a highly analytical and technically proficient Partner Operations Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into strategic, actionable insights. You will architect robust data models, build scalable BI solutions, and dive deep into operational data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, and Analytics), and will leverage your expertise in SQL, dbt, and Looker to optimize partner processes, automate workflows, and provide recommendations that directly improve operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Data Modeling & Transformation: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data models and transformation pipelines using dbt and SQL (BigQuery) to ensure clean, reliable data for the Partner Operations domain.
• Advanced Dashboarding & Reporting: Own the end-to-end creation of dynamic reporting solutions in Looker. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and build intuitive visualizations that provide clear insights into business trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Deep-Dive Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis on large, complex datasets to diagnose bottlenecks within Partner processes. Use structured, data-driven problem-solving to uncover root causes and identify growth opportunities.
• Process Automation & Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in existing workflows and develop automated data solutions to reduce manual reporting and operational overhead.
• Strategic Project Execution: Lead data-centric projects within Partner Operations from scoping to delivery, ensuring technical execution aligns with business objectives.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable initiatives. Engage with senior stakeholders to present insights, negotiate ROI-focused solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

• A fast learner with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, driven by data accuracy and process optimization.
• Highly Technical: You possess advanced, hands‑on experience with SQL/BigQuery and data visualization tools, specifically Looker (experience with LookML is highly preferred).
• Data Modeling Expert: You have proven experience using dbt (Data Build Tool) to transform raw data into structured, analytics-ready models.
• Strong Communicator: You excel at extracting insights from massive datasets and storytelling through data, with a proven track record of managing senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and intellectually curious.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Bonus Points

• Python Proficiency: Experience using Python for advanced data analysis, scripting, or automating operational processes.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience working in Retail Operations, Online Marketplaces, or a similar high-volume operational environment.
