Mercer in Lisbon is seeking a talented administrator to join our Ireland Consulting Team. This hybrid role requires working in the office at least three days a week and involves managing a portfolio of pension schemes and related projects.

You will collaborate with Ireland-based consultants, ensure compliance with SLAs, and assist with the Trustee Annual Report and day-to-day team operations. Strong English, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and Word are essential.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and spoken English communication (C1/C2).
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Administer a diverse portfolio of schemes with accuracy.
• Meet compliance requirements and SLAs on an ongoing basis.
• Liaise with offshore colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor and track task completion within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure projects are completed as agreed.
• Assist the Fund Accounts team in preparing the Trustee Annual Report.
• Support the Team Manager in day-to-day operations.
