Mercer is seeking a talented professional to join our Ireland Consulting Team in Lisbon. This hybrid role requires being in the office at least three days a week and involves supporting the Scheme Transition Unit Administration, handling wind-up of pension schemes, pensioner verification, and related client projects.

You will work with Ireland-based consultants, administer a portfolio of schemes with accuracy, monitor SLAs, coordinate with offshore colleagues, and assist the Fund Accounts team

Qualificações

• Excellent written and spoken English communication (C1/C2).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset and good client service attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Administer a diverse portfolio of schemes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet compliance requirements and client-specific SLAs regularly.
• Liaise with offshore colleagues to ensure timely task completion.
• Monitor and track task completion within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver projects as agreed.
• Assist the Fund Accounts team in preparing the Trustee Annual Report.
• Support the Team Manager in daily operations.
