Mercer in Lisbon is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to join the Ireland Consulting Team. The role combines pension scheme administration with collaboration across multiple departments, and requires strong English communication.

A hybrid work model is offered with at least three days in the office. You will manage diverse schemes, ensure SLAs are met, liaise with offshore colleagues, and support reporting tasks for trustees.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1/ C2).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to provide a high level of customer service to your clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Administer a diverse portfolio of schemes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet compliance requirements and client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on an ongoing basis.
• Liaise with offshore colleagues to ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Monitor and track task completion within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure projects are completed in line with agreed terms.
• Assist the Fund Accounts team in the preparation of the Trustee Annual Report.
• Support the Team Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team.
