COFCO International is seeking a call-back team member to oversee call-backs to suppliers, verify payment details, and approve them. The role includes sanctions checks on banks involved and supporting treasury reporting in a global, multilingual, multinational environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in admin with finance/treasury exposure, and fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese and Slavic languages are a plus; strong integrity and teamwork are required.

Qualificações

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in an admin position (preferable in Finance/treasury or payables team)
• Very detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Portuguese and Slavic languages a plus
• Possess highest standards of integrity and reliability
• Strong team player
• Patient, Enthusiastic, dynamic personality with comfort in a complex multinational work environment
• Able to work under pressure
• Good IT skills especially on database understanding (Excel)

Responsabilidades

• Call-Back and sanctions checks: In charge of the call-back process for all entities of the CIL group. Suppliers may be located in countries ranging from Australia to the US. More especially for this position, a focus on South American countries (Brasil excluded) is highly likely.
• Performing call backs on all new payment details and whenever there is a change in the current payment details
• Check and approve payment details in the systems
• Ensuring that no payment details are approved unless a call back is performed
• Performing the sanctions checks on all bank involved in the payments (beneficiary bank and intermediary bank) and liaising with the compliance team for any issues
• Any other treasury requirements that may arise from time to time.
