COFCO International is seeking a Call-Back Assistant based in Leça do Balio to support payment verifications and supplier data checks. You will perform call-backs on new and updated payment details and ensure sanctions checks are completed with the treasury team.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in an admin role, preferably in Finance or treasury, and are fluent in English and Spanish, with strong IT and Excel skills for database work in a multinational environment.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of admin experience, preferably in Finance/treasury or payables
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus

Responsabilidades

• Perform call-backs on all new payment details and changes; verify and approve them
• Check and approve payment details in systems
• Perform sanctions checks on banks involved and liaise with the compliance team
• Handle other treasury requirements as needed
