COFCO International is seeking a Call-Back Team Member to support global supplier payment verification and treasury reporting in a multinational setting. You will oversee the call-back process for the CIL group, with a focus on South American suppliers and ensuring accurate data entry.

In this admin/treasury support role, you will perform payment-detail call-backs, approve changes in the systems, and conduct sanctions checks with the compliance team.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years’ experience in an admin role (Finance/treasury or payables preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Perform call-backs on new payment details and whenever there is a change in the current payment details
• Check and approve payment details in the systems
• Ensuring that no payment details are approved unless a call back is performed
• Performing the sanctions checks on all banks involved in the payments and liaising with the compliance team for any issues
