Teach For Portugal is seeking a Private Partnerships Manager to lead fundraising strategy and manage high-level donor relationships across private sector partners in Portugal.

You will report to the CEO/Head of Private Partnerships, coordinate with programs and communications, and travel domestically to engage partners and secure funding that supports 115 mentors in 80 schools and thousands of students.

Qualificações

• Strong research skills to locate, process and analyze public information for strategy.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to present and tailor messaging.
• Proven success in fundraising roles with diverse organizations and partnerships.
• Comfortable with contractual and administrative aspects of partnerships and reporting deadlines.
• Curiosity to work in a data-driven position and manage calendars and content.
• Experience with social impact funding instruments is a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Grow funding from private sector to meet yearly fundraising goals and ensure sufficient resources.
• Develop donor engagement strategies and prioritise grant opportunities.
• Collaborate with Programs and Communications to highlight impact for partners and organize site visits.
• Maintain partnerships with current donors and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare donor communications, grant proposals and KPI presentations.
• Coordinate fundraising communications and events across the donor portfolio.
• Support CEO and board with fundraising strategy and governance communications.
• Plan and monitor the development budget and ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Travel domestically and internationally to engage partners within the Teach For All network.
