The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Management, 3+ years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Oversee and manage construction teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications.
