Avanta Works in Funchal, Madeira, is seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Construction Manager. You will work approximately 20-25 hours per week with a flexible schedule to fit your availability.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of projects, coordinating with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time completion, quality, and compliance with codes. Salary is 1700$ per month; Portuguese or EU national preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively manage project teams.
• Proven track record of completing construction projects on time and within budget.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades
