We are hiring a part-time Construction Manager for our construction projects in Funchal

As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process from planning and budgeting to execution and completion

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans timelines and budgets


• Oversee and manage construction teams and subcontractors


• Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and quality standards


• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget


• Communicate with clients contractors and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status


• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications


• Handle any issues or delays that may arise during construction process

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred


• Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related role


• In-depth knowledge of construction processes building codes safety regulations and quality standards


• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in project management software


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary $1100 per month based on experience
