The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Management, 3+ years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We are hiring a part-time Construction Manager for our construction projects in Funchal. As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
• Oversee and manage construction teams and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and quality standards

• Communicate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
