NetJets Europe in Portugal is seeking a Customer Reservations Assistant to act as first contact for Owners, handling flight reservations, daily management and inquiries, delivering an efficient, personalised interface and ensuring satisfaction.

The role requires Bachelor's in Aviation or Tourism, English fluency plus another language, call center experience, MS Office proficiency, and a strong service mindset.

Qualificações

• University degree preferred with an emphasis in aviation or tourism.
• Experience in customer-facing or call centre environments.
• Fluency in written and spoken English as well as in one of: French, German, Dutch, Italian with ability to manage complex follow-ups.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and emails from Owners and assist with flight reservations and changes.
• Provide information on airports, documents, and travel details to ensure high service levels.
• Enter new reservations and changes accurately into IJET/ETM systems.
• Check reservation data for feasibility and promptly confirm flights to Owners.
• Keep passenger data up to date to prevent issues for Owners and NetJets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Scheduling and Logistics to mitigate potential issues and keep Owners informed.
