EJME (Portugal) Aircraft Management, Lda. in Paço de Arcos, PT seeks an Owner Experience Account Manager to liaise with European Owners and Charter Clients, handling flight reservations, daily flight management and personalised service.

You will be the first contact, manage inquiries, load reservations into IJET/ETM, and coordinate with Maintenance and Crew to ensure a seamless travel experience that anticipates owner needs and exceeds expectations.

Qualificações

• University degree preferred with an emphasis in business, aviation or social science.
• Experience in customer-facing or call centre environment, preferably in aviation industry.
• Proficiency in Business English and Portuguese (written and spoken); additional languages (German, French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with EJM Europe Owners and Charter Clients concerning flight reservations, daily flight management and general enquiries.
• Handle the travel needs of allocated Owners from first contact to post-flight follow-up with a centralized, personalized approach.
• Provide information on airports, restrictions, aircraft performance and required documents.
• Load flight details into IJET/ETM reservations system accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Crew for scheduling and deliver high-quality service.
