CAPGEMINI ENGINEERING is seeking an OSS Architect to lead design and implementation of OSS platforms within telecom environments. You will align architectures with business goals and ensure integration across OSS/BSS, inventory, and orchestration functions.

The role requires strong experience in telecom operations, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery in multi-vendor projects, with Agile and TM Forum knowledge. Travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven OSS architecture experience in telecom environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSS/BSS integration and service lifecycle management.
• Experience with large-scale system integration in multi-vendor settings.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Agile delivery experience and TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, Open APIs).
• Professional English (C1) level and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of OSS platforms supporting telecom operations.
• Define and evolve OSS target architectures aligned with business and operational requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration between OSS, BSS, network domains, and operational support systems.
• Support service fulfilment, inventory management, orchestration, ITSM, and SLA management initiatives.
• Design and enhance service assurance capabilities, including monitoring, analytics, fault management, and service quality management.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational optimization.
• Coordinate solution delivery with technology vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders.
• Support testing, acceptance, and operational readiness activities.
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation, solution designs, procedures, and technical guidelines.
• Contribute to telecom transformation and modernization programs.

YOUR ROLE

As an OSS Architect, you will lead the design, evolution, and implementation of Operations Support Systems (OSS) within complex telecommunications environments. You will be responsible for defining OSS architecture strategies that enable service fulfilment, service assurance, orchestration, and operational excellence across telecom networks.

Working closely with business stakeholders, network engineering teams, operations teams, system integrators, and technology vendors, you will help deliver scalable, resilient, and future-proof OSS solutions that support telecom transformation and modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of OSS platforms supporting telecom operations.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in OSS architecture, design, and implementation within telecommunications environments.
• Strong knowledge of telecom operational processes and service lifecycle management. Hands-on experience with service fulfilment, service assurance, inventory management, orchestration, and ITSM platforms.
• Strong understanding of OSS/BSS integration architectures and operational models.
• Experience working on large-scale system integration projects and within multi-vendor environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models and transformation programmes is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks, including eTOM, SID, and Open APIs.
• Experience producing architecture documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, and solution designs.
• Professional English level (C1).
• Telecom industry experience is mandatory.
• Availability for business travel, including medium-term assignments involving extended stays of up to 3 months in Sweden.
