Capgemini Engineering in Portugal is seeking an experienced OSS Architect to lead the design, evolution, and implementation of Operations Support Systems within telecom environments. You will define architectures that enable service fulfilment, service assurance, orchestration, and operational excellence across networks.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, network teams, system integrators and vendors to deliver scalable OSS solutions, integrate with BSS and ITSM, and drive telecom

Qualificações

• OSS architecture, design, and implementation experience in telecoms.
• Strong knowledge of telecom operational processes and service lifecycle management.
• Experience in multi-vendor system integration projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead OSS architecture, design, and implementation.
• Define and evolve target OSS architectures.
• Ensure OSS/BSS integration across domains and ITSM.
• Support service fulfilment, inventory management, orchestration, and SLA management.
• Produce architecture documentation and guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, SI and stakeholders.
