Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, HR, or related field.
• Experience in Organizational Design, HR/People & Organization, or Management Consulting.
• Experience in organizational transformation projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability.

Responsabilidades

• Support for Organizational Design initiatives, contributing to methodologies, processes, and models.
• Participate in design and redesign projects, analyzing structures, roles, and operating models.
• Develop organizational analyses and recommendations from data.
• Prepare executive presentations and materials for decision forums.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and P&O teams to implement initiatives.
