Job summary

Solvay offers an OtC Customer Service Internship in Lisbon, focusing on order management, data accuracy, and supporting documentation. You will engage with ERP/CRM systems and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Credit teams to ensure smooth processes.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated in a relevant education field.
No prior professional experience required.
Academic project in a corporate environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assisting with entry, monitoring, and tracking of customer orders.
Managing and organizing shipping documents, invoices, and customer files with Logistics and Credit teams.
Ensuring customer information and order details are updated in ERP/CRM systems accurately.
Supporting communication between Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics to resolve minor shipping delays.
Helping compile weekly or monthly reports on delivery performance and order status.
Identifying simple ways to streamline administrative tasks within the OtC workflow.
