ALEBS Evolution, part of Air Liquide Europe Business Services, is hiring an Order Management Specialist for our Portugal (Algés) location. You will support procurement operations, monitor PR-to-PO turnaround, and drive cost savings while ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 0–1 year of experience and demonstrates high attention to detail in data entry and documentation. Join a global team delivering excellence and service quality.

• Bachelor's degree + experience or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, Accountability.
• 0–1 year of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor Turnaround Time from PR to purchase order (PR analysis, RFQ preparation, review offers).
• Generate savings by comparing price obtained with predefined baseline.
• Design and approve a Spot Buy process (SOPs) according to guidelines.
• Define and continuously optimize the Spot Buy Process (SOPs).
• Hold periodic activity meetings with Tactical Procurement Director and Category Managers.
• Report savings and service levels to Spot Buy & Requisitioning Manager.
