Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support specialist to manage repair and replacement processes for non-functional parts. You will serve as the primary contact for end customers in the RMA flow and provide guidance on standard services and our service catalog.

The role requires German fluency, at least English B2, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. Hybrid work, shifts, and on-call availability are expected as part of the schedule.

YOUR ROLE

• Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts.
• Act as the end customers point of contact to support and manage the RMA process.

• Ensure that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process and ensure that deadlines for repair/replacement of parts are met.
• Initial training will be provided.
