Sysmatch, an IT Consultancy and Outsourcing company, seeks an Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Consultant in Lisbon with hybrid work. You will drive end-to-end Procurement implementations, support AMS activities, and collaborate with Finance and IT teams across international delivery units.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Oracle Procurement/ERP, strong hands-on Fusion Cloud experience, and solid knowledge of S2P and P2P processes. Fluency in English is required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Procurement / ERP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and/or AMS/support services.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Experience with requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, supplier management, and related workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement implementations and transformations.
• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Analyze incidents and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Support quarterly updates, impact assessments, and regression testing.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.

Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Consultant – Lisbon (Hybrid) (M/F)

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Projects

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement implementations, rollouts and transformation projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct functional workshops with Procurement and Finance stakeholders.
• Perform fit-to-standard / fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement modules and related business processes.
• Design and support end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Prepare functional specifications for integrations, reports, data migration and extensions.
• Support supplier and procurement data migration, functional testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Work closely with Finance, SCM, technical and integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Application Management Services (AMS)

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests and application issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring or complex functional issues.
• Manage functional configuration changes, enhancements and minor evolutions.
• Support business users with Procurement application and process-related issues.
• Assess change requests, define functional solutions and provide effort estimates.
• Support Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates through impact assessment, regression testing and adoption of relevant new features.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain functional documentation and contribute to knowledge management and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Procurement / ERP solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and/or AMS/support services.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
• Hands-on experience with relevant Oracle Fusion Procurement capabilities, such as: Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Qualification Management, etc.
• Experience with requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, supplier management, receiving and procurement-related workflows.
• Good understanding of Procurement integration with Accounts Payable, Inventory and other Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM areas.
• Experience with functional configuration, troubleshooting, testing and change management.
• Ability to analyze incidents and business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
• Understanding of integrations, data migration and reporting capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively within international and distributed delivery teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement certification(s).
• Experience in both implementation projects and AMS/managed services environments.
• Experience with multi-country implementations, rollouts or support models.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with other Oracle Fusion areas such as Financials, Inventory, Order Management or SCM.
• Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience working with ITSM processes and tools, including Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and SLA/KPI-driven support environments.

Salary Range: €35k - €45k gross/year + Other Components/Benefits.
