Sysmatch is seeking an Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant for Lisbon (Hybrid). You will lead end-to-end EPM implementations, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable EPM solutions across Planning, FCCS, ARCS, and EDM.

You will configure dimensions, run data integrations with ERP, and support data migration, testing, go-live, and hypercare. Strong finance domain knowledge and stakeholder management are essential.

• 5+ years with Oracle EPM/Hyperion or related solutions.

### Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant – Lisbon (Hybrid) (M/F)Sysmatch is an IT Consultancy and Outsourcing Company with a wide range of technological skills, resulting from the accumulation of know-how and the experience of our consultants, allowing the implementation of solutions adapted to the needs of our clients, privileging their robustness and scalability.More than two decades in the IT market, we present ourselves as a flexible, adaptable, innovative and forward-looking Company.At the moment we are looking for the following candidate:Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant – Lisbon (Hybrid) (M/F)Key Responsibilities:Implementation & Projects• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM implementations, rollouts and transformation projects.• Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct workshops with Finance, Controlling and business stakeholders.• Perform fit-to-standard / fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into effective EPM solutions.• Design, configure and optimize Oracle Cloud EPM applications and business processes.• Support the implementation and evolution of processes such as Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Consolidation, Close and Account Reconciliation.• Configure dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, calculations, forms, dashboards and reporting structures.• Define and support data integration between Oracle Cloud EPM, Oracle Fusion ERP and other source systems.• Prepare functional specifications for integrations, reporting, data migration and extensions.• Support data migration, functional testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.• Work closely with Finance, ERP, technical and integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.Application Management Services (AMS)• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests and application issues within agreed SLAs.• Perform root cause analysis and resolve recurring or complex functional issues.• Manage configuration changes, enhancements and minor evolutions.• Support business users during critical Finance cycles such as budgeting, forecasting, month-end and year-end closing.• Assess change requests, define functional solutions and provide effort estimates.• Support Oracle Cloud EPM updates through impact assessment, regression testing and adoption of relevant new capabilities.• Monitor application usage and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and performance improvement.• Maintain functional documentation and contribute to knowledge management and knowledge transfer activities.Required Skills & Experience:• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion or related Enterprise Performance Management solutions.• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM.• Experience in Oracle Cloud EPM implementation and/or AMS/support services.• Strong understanding of Finance, Controlling and Enterprise Performance Management processes.• Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle Cloud EPM capabilities, such as:o Planningo Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)o Account Reconciliation (ARCS)o Enterprise Data Management (EDM)o Narrative Reportingo Profitability and Cost Managemento Tax Reporting• Strong understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes.• Good understanding of Financial Consolidation, Management Reporting and Financial Close processes.• Experience configuring dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, calculations, forms and reports.• Experience with data integration between EPM and ERP/source systems.• Experience with functional configuration, troubleshooting, testing and change management.• Ability to analyze incidents and business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.• Ability to work effectively within international and distributed delivery teams.• Fluent English, both written and spoken.Nice to Have:• Oracle Cloud EPM certification(s).• Experience in both implementation projects and AMS/managed services environments.• Experience with multiple Oracle Cloud EPM modules.• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Financials.• Experience with multi-country or global EPM implementations and support models.• Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).• Experience with EPM data integration, automation and reporting capabilities.• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or other integration technologies.• Experience migrating from Oracle Hyperion / on-premise EPM solutions to Oracle Cloud EPM.• Experience working with ITSM processes and tools, including Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management.• Knowledge of ITIL practices and SLA/KPI-driven support environments.Salary Range: €35k -
