Sysmatch is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance Consultant in Lisbon (Hybrid) to drive end-to-end maintenance implementations and AMS support. You will gather requirements, perform fit-to-standard analyses, configure maintenance processes, and ensure seamless integration with Inventory, Procurement and Financials.

The role requires 5+ years in Oracle Maintenance/ERP; strong Fusion Cloud experience and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Maintenance, ERP/SCM solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and/or AMS/support services.
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management processes.

Responsabilités

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance implementations, rollouts and transformation projects.
• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance.
• Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Support Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates through impact assessment and testing.
• Maintain functional documentation and knowledge transfer activities.

Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance Consultant – Lisbon (Hybrid) (M/F)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Projects
• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance implementations, rollouts and transformation projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct functional workshops with Maintenance, Operations and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Perform fit-to-standard / fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance and related business processes.
• Design and support end-to-end maintenance processes, including preventive, corrective and condition-based maintenance scenarios.
• Configure and support assets, maintenance programs, work definitions, work orders, maintenance schedules, resources and materials.
• Support integration between Maintenance and other Oracle Fusion areas, particularly Inventory, Procurement, Cost Management, Manufacturing and Financials.
• Prepare functional specifications for integrations, reports, data migration and extensions.
• Support asset and maintenance data migration, functional testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Work closely with technical, integration and other functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Application Management Services (AMS)

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests and application issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve recurring or complex functional issues.
• Manage functional configuration changes, enhancements and minor evolutions.
• Support business users with Maintenance application and process-related issues.
• Assess change requests, define functional solutions and provide effort estimates.
• Support Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates through impact assessment, regression testing and adoption of relevant new features.
• Monitor and identify opportunities to optimize maintenance processes and application usage.
• Contribute to process automation, operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain functional documentation and contribute to knowledge management and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Maintenance, Enterprise Asset Management or related ERP/SCM solutions.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and/or AMS/support services.
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management processes.
• Hands‑on experience with areas such as:
• o Asset Management
• o Maintenance Programs
• o Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
• o Maintenance Work Orders
• o Work Definitions and Operations
• o Maintenance Scheduling
• o Resources and Materials
• o Spare Parts and Inventory integration
• o Maintenance Costs
• Good understanding of end‑to‑end processes such as Asset-to-Maintain / Maintain-to-Operate.
• Good understanding of integration between Maintenance and Inventory, Procurement, Cost Management, Manufacturing and Financials.
• Experience with functional configuration, troubleshooting, testing and change management.
• Ability to analyze incidents and business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
• Understanding of integrations, data migration and reporting capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively within international and distributed delivery teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance / SCM certification(s).
• Experience in both implementation projects and AMS/managed services environments.
• Experience with multi‑country implementations, rollouts or global support models.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with other Oracle Fusion SCM modules, particularly Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing and Cost Management.
• Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience integrating Oracle Maintenance with external asset management, IoT, field service or operational systems.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and maintenance planning best practices.
• Experience working with ITSM processes and tools, including Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and SLA/KPI‑driven support environments.

Salary Range:

€35k - €45k gross/year + Other Components/Benefits.
