Sysmatch in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant to join our hybrid team. You will lead end-to-end SCM implementations, support AMS activities, and collaborate with international delivery teams.

The role requires 5+ years in Oracle SCM/ERP, strong hands-on Fusion Cloud experience, and fluent English. We offer a challenging, multinational environment with hybrid work and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle SCM/ERP solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and/or AMS/support services.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
• Hands-on experience in several Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM areas: Inventory, Order, Manufacturing, Planning, Cost, Maintenance, Shipping.
• Good understanding of Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce and Inventory-to-Fulfillment processes.
• Experience with integrations with Procurement, Finance and other Fusion modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations, rollouts and transformations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct functional workshops with Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Perform fit-to-standard/fit-gap analysis and translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules and related processes.
• Design and support end-to-end Supply Chain processes across Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning and Logistics.
• Prepare functional specifications for integrations, reports, data migration and extensions.
• Support data migration, testing, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Work with Procurement, Finance, technical and integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Provide L2/L3 AMS functional support, analyze incidents and resolve issues within SLAs.

Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant – Lisbon (Hybrid) (M/F)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Projects
  • Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations, rollouts and transformation projects.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct functional workshops with Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders.
  • Perform fit-to-standard / fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules and related business processes.
  • Design and support end-to-end Supply Chain processes across areas such as Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning and Logistics.
  • Prepare functional specifications for integrations, reports, data migration and extensions.
  • Support master and transactional data migration, functional testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Finance, technical and integration teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions.
• Application Management Services (AMS)
  • Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests and application issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve recurring or complex functional issues.
  • Manage functional configuration changes, enhancements and minor evolutions.
  • Support business users with application and Supply Chain process-related issues.
  • Assess change requests, define functional solutions and provide effort estimates.
  • Support Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates through impact assessment, regression testing and adoption of relevant new features.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain functional documentation and contribute to knowledge management and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle SCM / ERP solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and/or AMS/support services.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
• Hands-on experience in several of the following Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM areas:
  • Inventory Management

• Experience with functional configuration, troubleshooting, testing and change management.
• Ability to analyze incidents and business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
• Understanding of integrations, data migration and reporting capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively within international and distributed delivery teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM certification(s).
• Experience in both implementation projects and AMS/managed services environments.
• Experience with multi-country implementations, rollouts or global support models.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement and/or Financials.
• Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience with supply chain integrations with external logistics, warehouse, manufacturing or planning solutions.
• Experience working with ITSM processes and tools, including Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and SLA/KPI-driven support environments.

Salary Range:

€35k - €45k gross/year + Other Components/Benefits.
