KCS IT in Porto is seeking an experienced Oracle DBA to join our hybrid team. You will manage Oracle databases in production, ensuring performance, security, and availability, while participating in migrations and architectural discussions across multi-client projects.

The ideal candidate has mid to senior level experience, strong English, and a proactive mindset to handle on-call rotations and complex environments.

Qualificações

• Solid professional experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database administration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with incident and change management in production environments.
• Experience with database performance analysis, tuning and query optimization.
• Knowledge of backup, restore, monitoring and database security processes.
• Experience ensuring database availability, stability and performance.
• Ability to contribute to database architecture definition and implementation.
• Experience with database upgrades, migrations, version management and obsolescence management.
• Knowledge of DevOps approaches and methodologies.
• Experience working with production and business-critical environments.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with infrastructure, security, development and production teams.
• Good level of English; on-call rotation availability.

• Solid professional experience as an Oracle DBA;
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database administration, maintenance and troubleshooting;
• Experience with incident and change management in production environments;
• Experience with database performance analysis, tuning and query optimization;
• Knowledge of backup, restore, monitoring and database security processes;
• Experience ensuring database availability, stability and performance;
