KCS IT in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Big Data Engineer to join our team. You will work on large-scale data platforms, leveraging Spark, Hadoop, Hive, SQL and Kafka, with Python and Linux proficiency, and experience with CI/CD and DevOps.

This hybrid role in Lisbon requires 5+ years experience, strong English, and a passion for solving data challenges across clients. You will join a diverse, merit-driven environment offering training, international projects in Benelux, and flexible work

Qualificações

• Must have 5+ years of experience in big data engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Spark, Python, Hadoop, Hive, SQL, Linux, API, Kafka.
• Solid experience with CI/CD and DevOps concepts.
• Good level of English required.

• Design, develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions across clients.

Seniority: Senior-level(5+ years)

Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• Minimum of +5 years of experience;
• Experience with Spark, Python, Hadoop, Hive, SQL, Linux, API, Kafka;
• Solid experience in software development, CI/CD, Familiarity with DevOps concepts;
• Good level of English;
