UGC Humans is seeking a hands-on video editor and campaign coordinator to manage client UGC projects from brief to delivery. You will assign creators, supervise filming, and perform editing to ensure high-quality outputs.

You will edit and QC videos using CapCut or Premiere Pro, maintain schedules for 40+ creators, and enforce strict delivery SLAs. Clear, concise English communication with clients is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating creators, freelancers, or a production pipeline.
• Able to edit videos using CapCut or Premiere Pro, fast and clean.
• Excellent written English for client communication.

Responsabilidades

• Run client UGC campaigns end to end: brief, creator assignment, filming, edit, delivery.
• Keep 40+ creators on schedule and unblocked.
• Edit and QC UGC videos yourself — hooks, captions, cuts, aspect ratios.
• Own the delivery SLA and ensure timely delivery.
• Document processes to prevent recurring issues.
