DansUGC in Lisbon seeks a hands-on coordinator/editor to drive client campaigns from briefing to delivery. You will manage 40+ creators, keep schedules tight, and ensure timely edits.

You edit and QC UGC videos using CapCut or Premiere, craft hooks and captions, and document processes to prevent recurring issues.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating creators, freelancers, or a production pipeline.
• Ability to edit video using CapCut or Premiere quickly and cleanly.
• Excellent follow-up to prevent delays and maintain timelines.

• Ruthless follow-up. Nothing sits in your inbox for two days.
• Clear, quick, friendly written English with clients.
