Job summary

PwC Portugal is seeking an Operations Transformation Consultant or Senior Consultant to help organisations translate strategy into executable improvements. You will analyze processes, operating models and data to identify inefficiencies and support the design of change initiatives.

In this role you will contribute to business cases, cost baselines and transformation roadmaps, working with multidisciplinary PwC teams to drive operational excellence and value creation for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, transformation or operational improvement roles.
• Proven track record in business transformation and process optimisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyse data to support decision-making and build business cases.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist design and implementation of sustainable transformation initiatives.
