Job summary

PwC Portugal is seeking an Operations Transformation professional to help clients turn strategy into execution, analysing processes, operating models and data to deliver measurable improvements. You will work with multidisciplinary teams across PwC, participate in workshops, and develop transformation roadmaps and business cases for sustainable change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience in consulting, transformation, strategy or operational improvement roles.
• Experience supporting business transformation, process optimisation or operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure ambiguous business challenges into practical solutions.
• Ability to analyse operational, financial and process data to support decision-making and business cases.
• Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes, operating models and organisational structures to identify inefficiencies.
• Support the design and implementation of sustainable change initiatives.
• Develop business cases, cost baselines, operational assessments and transformation roadmaps.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams across PwC, including technology, data, finance and people transformation.
• Participate in workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions to transform complex analysis into clear recommendations and executive-level deliverables.
