Job summary

People Hive HR Consultancies LLC is seeking a Senior Operations Manager II for our Lisbon-based client in a BPO/contact centre. This on-site role leads managers, supervisors, and teams on the floor, owning performance against SLAs and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will run coaching sessions, host client reviews, and collaborate with Training, HR, Quality and WFM to implement improvement plans and enhance profitability.

• Based in Lisbon, Portugal and legally eligible to work.

People Hive is supporting a client in the search for an Operations Manager II to join their team in Lisbon.

This is a senior, on-site Operations Manager role in a BPO/contact centre, leading managers, supervisors and their teams on the Lisbon operations floor. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will own performance against client SLAs, run one-to-ones and coaching, host client Business Reviews and work with Training, HR, Quality and WFM on improvement plans, while also contributing to programme profitability.

Critical Requirements

• English C1
• Based in Lisbon and legally authorised to work in Portugal
• Several years of BPO / contact centre operations management experience, ideally in the Portuguese market
• 2-4 years of progressive management experience leading supervisors and team leaders
• Hands-on floor leader with a record of driving performance across multiple teams
• Accepts the contract terms: 6-month contract, 30-day trial, no relocation package or flight ticket
