Foundever in Porto, Portugal seeks an Operations Manager to lead and develop operational teams, ensuring business objectives, service excellence and client satisfaction. You will oversee Team Managers, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include performance reviews, absenteeism management, client relationships, data presentation for monthly reviews, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and invoicing. English fluency mandatory.

Qualificações

• Native English language (mandatory).
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong numerical and verbal reasoning.
• Effective time management and multi-tasking.
• People-oriented with gravitas.
• Experience with policy work and technology adoption.
• Available to work from Porto site and hold EU work status.

Responsabilidades

• Line management for Team Managers.
• Ensure KPI targets are met and address shortfalls.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and 1:1s.
• Manage absenteeism and attrition across teams.
• Oversee client relationships and deliverables.
• Prepare, analyze and present data for monthly reviews.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and invoicing.
