InspectOS in Portugal is seeking a motivated student for a paid internship at our Porto Salvo office. You’ll learn how a physical inspection service runs day to day, from first client contact through scheduling, engineer coordination, and reporting.

You will work with the Operations Manager, gain real responsibilities, and have a clear path to a full-time role for interns who prove themselves.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Portuguese and strong working proficiency in English.
• Currently completing a degree, or graduated within the last 12 months, in engineering and management (LEGI), computer science, hospitality and tourism management, business, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Client contact: respond to enquiries and explain what an inspection covers.
• Scheduling: plan inspection slots around engineer availability and client deadlines.
• Coordination: keep client and engineer communications moving so nothing stalls.
• Process: shadow how we spot and fix workflow issues, including where we use AI tooling.

InspectOS is Portugal’s certified physical property inspection service, a licensed engineer inspects a property in person, checking its structure, systems and compliance before a buyer commits. The role

As part of the operations team, you’ll learn how a physical inspection business runs day to day, from first client contact through to scheduling, engineer coordination, and reporting. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager, taking on more of the pipeline as you learn it.

• Client contact. Help respond to enquiries and explain what an inspection covers.
• Scheduling. Help plan inspection slots around engineer availability and client deadlines.
• Coordination. Help keep client and engineer communications moving so nothing stalls.
• Process. Shadow how we spot and fix workflow issues, including where we use AI tooling.

What we are looking for

• Currently completing a degree, or graduated within the last 12 months, in engineering and management (LEGI), computer science, hospitality and tourism management, business, or a related field. Strong candidates without the exact degree are welcome.
• Native-level fluency in Portuguese and strong working proficiency in English.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable asking questions.
• Able to commute regularly to our Porto Salvo office (Oeiras, Cascais, Sintra and the Cascais line are all a short commute away).
• Comfortable with modern digital tools and using AI in your daily work.
