Cross Border Talents is recruiting an Operations Customer Expert to join a Spanish and Catalan-speaking team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them quickly and leaving them satisfied.

In this on-site role for a well-known video streaming company, you will guide customers through orders and service questions, log precise notes, and resolve issues on first contact wherever possible.

Qualificações

• Native-level Spanish and Catalan
• English at B1 level or higher
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools
• Organised and able to handle several cases at once

• Resolve issues on the first contact wherever possible
