Inetum is seeking an Operational Risk & Permanent Control Officer to join the CLM Operations team. The role focuses on strengthening the operational risk management and internal control framework with proactive risk governance and continuous improvement.

You will identify risks, develop risk cartography, monitor incidents, and support control plans. Collaboration with stakeholders and second-line functions is essential to ensure effective risk management and regulatory alignment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Audit, or related field.
• Experience in Operational Risk, Internal Control, Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management functions.
• Strong understanding of ORM and Internal Control frameworks.
• Experience in risk assessments, incidents, and mitigation planning.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational controls.
• Experience creating management reports and KRIs/KPIs.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across CLM Operations activities.
• Develop and maintain Risk Cartography in line with RCSA methodology.
• Analyze incidents, identify trends, and recommend mitigations.
• Contribute to risk exposure assessments and mitigation plan development.
• Support regulatory capital monitoring and operational risk assessment activities.
• Promote a strong risk culture and align with internal control framework.
