Job summary

Euronext Porto is seeking an Operational Readiness Analyst through its International Graduate Programme (VIE), starting August/September 2025 in Porto. You will support readiness by defining requirements, managing test data, and assisting with user acceptance testing in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

The role offers exposure to multiple Central Securities Depositories across Europe, collaboration with SCRUM teams, and strong development opportunities with international mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (business, finance, etc.).
• Fluency in English required; other European languages are a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup of business requirements based on product requirements with business owners.
• Create and maintain traceability matrices linking product and business requirements.
• Develop and validate user test cases with business owners.
• Maintain test data across testing environments in collaboration with business owners.
• Draft Test Strategies and Plans to guide testing processes.
