Euronext is looking for an International Graduate (V.I.E) to join the Porto team as an Operational Readiness Analyst. The role focuses on shaping business requirements, testing, and QA within a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

Based in Porto, you will collaborate with product owners, support test case development, maintain test data, and assist with test strategies while driving continuous improvement and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• Fluency in English required; other European languages a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience in international or multicultural teams is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Support setup of business requirements with product owners.
• Create and maintain traceability matrices linking product/business requirements.
• Develop and validate user test cases with stakeholders.
• Maintain test data across testing environments.
• Assist with Test Strategies and Plans guiding testing processes.
• Coordinate and report on user acceptance testing results.
• Manage defects and generate detailed test reports.
• Support SCRUM teams in operational readiness roles.
• Identify QA improvements and tool evolution opportunities.
