Job summary

Euronext is seeking an Operational Readiness Analyst for its Porto team as part of the International Graduate Programme (VIE). The role focuses on supporting business requirements, test data management and user acceptance testing in a multicultural, multi-location setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, finance or related field.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-task prioritization.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup of business requirements with product owners.
• Create and maintain traceability matrices between product and business needs.
• Develop and validate user test cases with business owners.
• Maintain test data across testing environments with business owners.
• Assist in drafting Test Strategies and Plans for testing processes.
• Execute and supervise user acceptance tests and share results with stakeholders.
• Handle defect management and generate detailed test reports.
• Support SCRUM teams in operational readiness activities.
• Address test maintenance through Change Requests (CRs).
• Identify QA improvements and test automation opportunities.
• Foster collaboration and accountability within the team.
• Contribute to evolution of tools used for UAT.
