Air Apps in Lisbon is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure quality, reliability and usability of mobile and web applications. You will validate features, identify issues, and help deliver smooth, high-performing user experiences with cross-functional collaboration.

This fully onsite role is based at our Lisbon office; relocation support is available. You will join a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on structured testing and documentation to continuously improve product quality.

Qualificações

• 1–3+ years of manual software testing experience.
• Solid understanding of smoke and regression testing and structured bug reporting.
• Experience using test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray).
• Experience working with Jira or Asana for issue tracking.
• Exposure to testing across browsers and mobile devices.
• Basic understanding of browser developer tools.
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform smoke testing and regression testing to validate new releases.
• Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and accurately.
• Support bug triage with developers and product teams.
• Use TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray to manage test cases.
• Log issues and monitor progress in Jira or Asana.
• Validate functionality across browsers and devices.
• Use browser developer tools to inspect elements and troubleshoot.
• Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation standards.
