Air Apps is seeking a Backend QA Engineer in Lisbon to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of our backend systems. You will test APIs, databases, and services while collaborating with engineers to uphold high-quality standards across our infrastructure.

Qualificações

• Approximately 2–3 years of experience in backend testing or software development in test roles.
• Experience with Node.js and TypeScript in backend environments.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and validating queries and data integrity.
• Experience testing REST APIs using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute tests for backend systems including APIs, databases, and service integrations.
• Validate API functionality and performance with Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
• Test database operations, queries, and data integrity in PostgreSQL or similar DBs.
• Collaborate with engineers to review pull requests and ensure quality coverage.
• Develop and maintain automated tests for backend services.
