Job summary

Air Apps in Lisbon is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the finance team and support data-driven decision-making across the company. This early-career role offers exposure to accounting records, financial reporting, bank transactions, and continuous improvement of financial processes.

You will work closely with senior finance teammates and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of experience in finance or accounting.
• Degree in Finance, Management, Economics or Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing activities and related reporting.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports.
• Perform accounting records and bank transactions; assist tax compliance.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Operations to align financial insights.
• Support review of expense reports, bank statements, AR/AP balances.
• Assist cash flow monitoring and cost analysis.
• Contribute to automation of financial processes and ERP.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data through reconciliation.
